Auto Scroll

The Auto Scroll feature in allows webpage content within an embed widget to scroll automatically up and down. This is particularly useful when the content exceeds the widget’s visible area.

Key details

• Compatibility: This feature works only on Android (version 5.1.1 and higher versions).
• Platform: Auto Scroll is available exclusively for the Android player app.
• Default Setting: Auto Scroll is disabled by default.

Once enabled, the web content will scroll down automatically if it exceeds the widget’s visible area. Upon reaching the bottom of the content, the scroll will reverse and move upward continuously, creating a smooth scrolling loop.

1. Add the embed widget to your composed creative:
   • Open online Studio and log into your account.
   • Drag and drop the Embed widget onto your creative.
   • Enter the URL of the website you want to display in the widget’s settings.
2. Access the Android app settings:
   • On your Android device, open the NoviSign Player app.
   • Navigate to the app’s Settings menu.
   • Scroll down to find the Browser Settings section.
3. Enable the auto scroll:
   • Locate the Auto Scroll toggle in Browser Settings and switch it on.
4. Configure the auto scroll settings:
   • After enabling Auto Scroll, you’ll see additional configuration option:
     Scroll Speed: Adjust the up/down scrolling speed to suit your preference.
5. Save and test:
   • Save your settings and return to the Player app.
   • Play your creative and observe the scrolling behavior to ensure it’s functioning as desire
