This step is where you send your content (playlist/s) to a media player. The Screens tab represents actual, physical screens in the real world—such as TVs, tablets, or digital signage players—where your content will be displayed.
At the top of the Screens page, you’ll find several main action buttons:
Create – Add a new screen to your account so you can assign content to it.
Create New Folder – Organize your screens into folders for better structure and easier management.
Tile View / List View – Toggle between different screen layout views to suit your preference.
Sort By – Sort your screens by name or date (creation or last update) for quicker access.
Edit – Modify the details or settings of an existing screen (such as screen name, assigned content, group, or location).
Delete – Remove a screen from your account. Note: This does not delete the content previously assigned to that screen.
Export – Download a list of your screens in CSV format for reporting or backup purposes.
Set Configuration – Apply configuration settings to the selected screen(s), such as time zone, resolution, or screen group.
Search – Quickly find a specific screen by name using the search bar.
Navigating the Screens Page
Below the main action buttons, you will see a table that lists all your screens. Each row corresponds to a specific screen and displays its key information.
At the far right of each row, there is a three-dot menu (⋮). Clicking this opens a dropdown menu with the following options:
Edit – Modify the screen’s details, such as its name, assigned playlist, or settings.
Preview – View a live preview of the content currently assigned to this screen.
Copy Key – Copy the unique identification key for this screen
Set Configuration – Apply a set of configured app settings to any screen.
Set Location – Assign or update the physical location details for the screen, using the interactive map.
Export – Download this screen to your PC
Move To – Move the screen to a different folder for better organization.
Delete – Remove the screen from your account. Note: Deleting a screen will not delete the content assigned to it.
Screen Table Breakdown
Each row in the Screens table includes the following columns:

Playlists – The number of playlists currently assigned to the screen.

Important Note
Each screen is paired with your Studio account using a unique screen key. This key links the physical screen to its virtual version in your account.
You can find each screen’s key by opening the popup menu in the Screens tab.
On the signage device, you either enter this key manually or select the screen name from a dropdown menu in the app.
This pairing is a one-time setup, similar to naming a newborn—unique and specific to each screen.
