Training Step 4: Scheduling and Managing Content

The Creative Composer is where you build and manage your digital signage content. It includes four main features:

1. Drag & Drop Widgets
   Over 20 feature icons are located on the left side of the screen. These widgets can be dragged onto your canvas to create dynamic content.

2. Canvas
   The main workspace where you add and arrange widgets to design your sign content.

3. Properties Box
   Located on the right panel, this is where you adjust settings for each widget you add.

4. Preview
   A quick preview function that lets you see your content in action for a few seconds.

   

1. Set a Background Color
   On the right-hand side, locate the Properties panel.
   Open the “Fill” dropdown to choose a background color for your creative.

2. Add a Widget
   From the list of widgets on the left, click and drag a widget onto the canvas area.

3. Resize and Position the Widget
   Once the widget is on the canvas, you can resize it by dragging its corners or edges.
   Move it around to place it exactly where you want.

4. Customize Widget Settings
   With the widget selected, use the Properties panel on the right to adjust its settings—such as text, colors, alignment, and more.

5. Preview Your Creative
   Click the blue “Preview” button at the top to view a quick preview of your content in action.

6. Save and Exit
   When you’re happy with your design, click “Save”.
   Then, close the Creative Composer by clicking the X in the top-right corner.
