Android 4 deprecation

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible user experience and ensuring the security of our services, we are writing to inform you about an upcoming change in our system.

After careful consideration and in alignment with industry standards, we will be deprecating support for Android 4 (JellyBean and KitKat) in our player application. This means that starting on 15-Apr-2024, our app will no longer receive updates or support on devices running Android 4.

What does this mean for you?

If you are currently using an Android device with version 4, you will no longer be able to receive regular updates for our player application. Your current application will be continue fully working. In order to continue with the best service, we still will be able to provide hot fix for critical issues.

To continue enjoying the latest features, security enhancements, and bug fixes, we recommend upgrading your device’s operating system to a more recent version.

Why are we making this change?

Deprecating support for older Android versions allows us to focus on delivering a more secure and optimized experience for the majority of our users. Newer Android versions provide improved security features, better performance, and compatibility with the latest technologies.

What should you do?

At first opportunity, upgrade Your Device to Android 6+: To continue using our mobile application seamlessly, we recommend upgrading your device’s Android version to at least version 5 (Lollipop) or preferably a more recent version.

We understand that change can sometimes be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best possible experience for all our users.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this deprecation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at
