What is the Online Studio?

The Online Studio CMS is the central control hub of NoviSign’s digital signage system. From here, you can:

  • Log into your user account

  • Upload media files

  • Create and customize content

  • Schedule when and where your content plays

  • Broadcast it to any connected media player around the world

No downloads, no installations—just log in from any computer with internet access. The Studio is fully cloud-based, and you don’t need any technical or design experience to get started.

Managing Your Media Files

Inside the Studio’s Media Center, you can upload and manage all your content—images, videos, and documents—with simple drag-and-drop functionality. Files can be easily organized and categorized, making it quick and convenient to use them in your signage layouts.
