Payment Process
Billing is done directly by NoviSign, and we make it easy for you to manage your payments. You can receive a link to make your payment, or you can click on a link within your Studio account when you’re logged in to update or alter your account’s number of licenses according your plan. If you want to change the whole plan, please contact your account manager or our billing team.
Payment Options
You have the option to pay on a monthly or annual basis. If you choose to pay annually, you may be eligible for a discount, which could be a great way to save on your subscription.
Managing Licenses
You can adjust the number of licenses associated with your account directly from your Studio interface. This allows you to easily scale up or down based on your needs, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
