In order to add a license or storage to an end-user:
Open the Account which the user is associated with and go into the Billing tab.
Press the Edit Account, add the wanted amount of licenses under Licenses, the amount of storage limit you wish the account to have under Storage, as well as the License Start and License Expired date.
Once you have filled in all the relevant information, hit the Save Changes button.
Changing Upload File Size for End User
The upload size limit for an account can not be changed. Each license allocated to an account entitles the account to an upload of 100MB. What does it mean? It means that the maximum file size that can be uploaded to that account at a time will be 100MB. Beyond that size the upload process will end with failure.
For example, an account with 3 licenses will have an upload limit of 300MB (which is 3 x 100MB). However, 5 licenses and above are capped at an upload limit of 500MB.
