Managing Your Payment Methods

NoviSign supports payments through PayPal and BlueSnap. Below are the steps to manage your payment method, including how to update your details and what to do if a payment fails.

Switching Between Payment Providers

Currently, there is no automatic option on the website to switch between PayPal and BlueSnap.
If you would like to change your payment method, please contact:

Managing PayPal Payments

If you’re using PayPal and receive the error:
“Your PayPal payment has failed. Please double check the credit card details assigned in your PayPal account and complete the subscription payment.”

This typically means the credit card linked to your PayPal account needs to be updated or verified. To resolve the issue:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.

  2. Review and update your credit card details.

  3. Retry the payment or allow PayPal to process it automatically once the issue is fixed.

Managing BlueSnap Payments

To update or manage your credit card details in BlueSnap:

  1. Go to the BlueSnap Account Login page.

  2. Enter your username and password.

  3. Once logged in, locate the Payment Method section.

  4. Click the Change button to update your credit card information.

Forgot Your BlueSnap Login?

If you don’t remember your BlueSnap account credentials:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.

  2. Use the email address associated with your payments and any past BlueSnap invoice number sent to that email.

  3. Follow the instructions to reset your access.
