Amazon Signage Stick – Installation Guide

The Amazon Signage Stick is a dedicated digital signage device designed to run a single application in kiosk mode. The NoviSign Player app comes pre-installed, allowing for a quick setup with minimal configuration.

• Plug the Amazon Signage Stick into the HDMI port of the display
• Connect power (USB or adapter)

• Turn on the display and select the correct HDMI input

When the Signage Stick starts for the first time:

1. Select your preferred language.

2. Connect to Wi-Fi (required for content playback).

3. The device may check for system updates — allow it to complete.

4. Wait for the pairing code to appear on screen

Using a mobile phone

1. Open Amazon Signage Mobile App
2. Log in with an Amazon account
3. Select Add Device / Scan
4. Choose the Signage Stick from the list
5. Confirm:
6. Wi-Fi connection
7. Device name / location
8. CMS = NoviSign
9. Complete pairing

Using Desktop (Browser Setup)

1. Go to: https://console.signage.amazon.com
2. Log in with your Amazon account
3. Select Add Device / Register Device
4. Enter the pairing code shown on the screen
5. Follow the setup wizard:
   • Confirm Wi-Fi configuration (if prompted)
   • Assign device name / location
   • Select CMS provider: NoviSign
6. Complete registration

The NoviSign Player app is already available on the Signage Stick and will automatically open, it automatically displays a Quick Link pairing screen.

1. Log in to NoviSign using the Quick Link
2. From the Screen list, select the one you want to pair to.
3. Check the box: Auto start on device boot
4. Press Go to start playing content. When the content is fully downloaded to the app’s cache, it will start playing it. Watch one cycle of the content to see that all works ok.

To avoid interruptions on a live display:

1. Open the App Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner)
2. Turn OFF: Display Notifications (under the “Notifications” block of settings) as you do not want that notification will appear on a live display.
3. Exit the settings screen by pressing the back button of the TV remote control, back to the entrance screen of the app.
4. Press Go to start playback
