New Scheduling UI

Overview

NoviSign’s enhanced scheduling UI offers a more flexible and powerful way to schedule your content—whether you’re working with creatives in a playlist or playlists on screens.

With the new scheduling, you can:

✅ Schedule Once, Play Many Times

Add a creative once and assign multiple schedules for different dates and times—no need to duplicate the creative for each time slot.

✅ Interrupt Playback at Exact Time

Enable a creative to start playing exactly at the scheduled time, even if the previous content hasn’t finished.

This is called Interrupt Scheduling.

✅ Loop Content Within a Time Frame

Let a creative repeat continuously within a scheduled time frame, filling the entire duration.

This is called Looping.

The new scheduling is supported only on the ongoing Android and Windows player apps. In later stage it will be supported on the HTML player app (and its derivatives such as the Samsung Tizen app and LG webOS app) as well.

Lastly, partners are able to enable/disable it from Admin “Plans” section.

How to Use the New Scheduling

While editing a playlist or screen content, hover over the creative or playlist thumbnail. Click the calendar icon (datetime picker).
