Last week, the NoviSign team attended InfoComm 2026, one of the biggest events of the year for the digital signage industry. With over 120 digital signage CMS solutions represented at the show, it was a great reminder of just how crowded and competitive this market has become.
There are a lot of strong platforms in the space, and many providers offer similar core functionality on the surface. But after spending the week talking with partners, customers, and others across the industry, one thing stood out: not all digital signage CMS platforms are built the same.
Here are a few of the things that make NoviSign different.
1. A true white-label offering built for resellers
A large number of digital signage CMS providers shy away from white label altogether. And among the vendors that do offer it, “white label” often means little more than adding a logo to a login page or changing a few colors.
At NoviSign, we fully lean into white label.
Our platform is built for resellers and partners that want to offer digital signage software under their own brand. That includes custom branding and logos, custom domains, the ability to embed the platform within your own website or portal, and even a custom APK for partners that want a fully branded player experience.

But the real value of a fully white-label CMS goes well beyond branding.
For our partners, white label means they can present the platform as their own product, own the customer relationship from end to end, and build recurring software revenue under their own name rather than sending customers directly to NoviSign. It allows them to keep the customer, the marketing, and the long-term value of that relationship within their own business.
It also gives partners the flexibility to create their own pricing and service packages, improve margins and profitability, increase customer retention, and strengthen their position in the market. Instead of simply reselling someone else’s software, they can build a more valuable and differentiated business around a platform that feels like their own.
White label is not a side offering for us, it is a core part of how we go to market. In fact, the majority of NoviSign’s business comes through white-label reseller partners. For companies looking to build recurring revenue, strengthen their brand, and compete at a higher level, that level of commitment matters.
2. AI tools that help build digital signage content faster
For many businesses, one of the biggest challenges with digital signage is not the software itself, it’s having the time and resources to consistently create good content.
A lot of companies do not have an in-house design team, and even when they do, those teams are often focused on other priorities. That can make digital signage content slow to produce or difficult to keep updated.
NoviSign’s AI tools help solve that problem by allowing users to create templates, layouts, and visuals in a matter of minutes instead of hours. That means a small business owner, marketer, or operator without design resources can still create professional-looking content quickly, without having to wait on a designer or outsource the work.
Today, there are two main ways customers can use AI within NoviSign:
- AI layout generation – Type a prompt describing how you want the screen to look, such as news at the bottom, a slideshow in the center, and your logo in the corner, and NoviSign can build the layout for you.
- AI image creation – Enter a prompt and generate custom visuals for your digital signage content in a matter of seconds.
The result is a faster, more efficient content creation process that helps customers do more with fewer resources while saving both time and money.
3. Access to a real design team when you need it
Not every customer is ready to rely fully on AI for content creation, and sometimes a human touch is simply the better option.
That’s why NoviSign also gives customers the ability to work directly with our design team. Customers can collaborate with our team to create custom layouts, templates, or content pieces tailored to their specific needs.
Whether you want to use AI to move faster or work with a real designer to create polished branded content, NoviSign gives customers both options.
4. Flexible live data integrations beyond standard widgets
NoviSign offers the core widgets and integrations that most digital signage customers need. For more advanced use cases, we may not always have a dedicated prebuilt app or widget, but we can integrate with virtually any third-party API to pull in and display that information.
Rather than being locked into the cookie-cutter app layouts that many CMS solutions force you into, NoviSign allows customers to bring live data in through API and data source integrations and place it anywhere within their screen design.
So whether it’s POS data, room booking information, transit updates, sports data, or another live feed, the goal is not just to display the data, it’s to give customers the freedom to decide exactly how it looks on screen.
5. Flexible sourcing through direct relationships or distribution
NoviSign works with roughly 250 partners around the world that buy our software directly from us and resell it to businesses they work with.
At the same time, we know not every reseller or integrator wants to source software directly from a vendor. That’s why NoviSign can also be sourced through distribution, including BlueStar and Wesco.
That flexibility gives partners the ability to work with NoviSign in the way that makes the most sense for their business.
6. A real investment in partner education and community
For NoviSign, partnerships go beyond software licensing. We believe one of the best ways to support our partners is by creating opportunities for them to learn, collaborate, and connect with each other.
The day before InfoComm 2026, we invited our partners to join us in one room to talk about all things digital signage. We host a similar partner event ahead of ISE, and throughout the year we also run online webinars for partners that cannot attend in person.

These events give partners a chance to hear about product updates, market trends, best practices, and new opportunities in the signage space, while also building stronger relationships with the NoviSign team and the broader partner community.
Final thoughts
InfoComm is always a good reminder of how many digital signage CMS options are available today. But it also highlights something else: the platforms that stand out are the ones that go beyond basic content management.
For NoviSign, that means delivering a true white-label reseller offering, investing in AI and design services to make content creation easier, giving customers more flexibility with live data integrations, offering multiple ways to source the platform, and continuing to invest in partner education and community throughout the year.
Digital signage is a crowded space, but we believe those are some of the reasons NoviSign continues to stand out.
